Order as much as you would like.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped
within 4 to 5 business days. (In stock
items) Orders are shipped
via Priority Mail. Some
orders are shipped in
multiple boxes. If your
order was shipped using
multiple boxes, they may
arrive on different
days. (normally within a day
or two).
Ordering Information
Orders can be placed by
phone, email, fax or using
our website.
It is our
custom to mail a postcard
prior to shipping your
order.
You may call for a scent
description and to request
a sample.
There is an additional fee
for all RUSH orders.
We keep a large inventory,
but occasionally a product
may be OUT OF STOCK. Your
candle representative will
inform you of any out of
stock or discontinued item.
Returns
Each shipment is packed
using
special care and
packaging material. In the rare event
your order arrives damaged,
please contact us
immediately.
Payment
Sorry, we no longer ship
COD. We apologize for any
inconvenience.
We subscribe to the Pay Pal
service. Once your Pay Pal
payment is received, your
order will be shipped.
Scented Candles and Beyond will accept
personal checks.
However, checks must
clear
before items are shipped.
